Lauren Flans is madly, passionately in love with comedy. A graduate of Northwestern University, she recently spent three amazing years in Amsterdam performing with Boom Chicago, the internationally known improv and sketch comedy theatre. During her time in Holland, Lauren was also the on-the-street-correspondent for Comedy Central Netherlands’ version of The Daily Show in a nightly segment aptly named “Flans on the Street.”
On U.S. soil, Lauren has studied and performed improv and sketch at iO West, The Groundlings, the Upright Citizens Brigade theatre, and The Second City among others. She currently lives in Los Angeles where she is beyond thrilled to be a cast member of the on-going cult sensation Lost Moon Radio stage show as well as the Story Pirates children’s theatre ensemble.
